Okains bay, Akaroa and Lake Tekapo :)

Hi,
We have been offline for a couple of days, joy oh joy to check in to our new home for three days here in Queenstown with... the holy internet :)
Want to tell you about the last few days, while you are still sleeping. Left Christchurch in our own (at least for six weeks) 2005 Toyota Camry, great car, and we got a good deal, which is important, life is not cheap in NZ, but very good.
Headed to Okains bay, just 90 km to the east and now we are talking, we did so many of the things we had talked about, stayed at a farm for two days, 2000 cattle and 500 sheep. Farm stay is supposed to let you experience life on a farm, they lived up to it by letting us feed the baby calfs, but the main attraction was the beach.
We took a boat trip in Akaroa, dolphins check, seals check and penguins check ;)...
Yesterday we hit the road again and spent a day at Tekapo lake, relaxed in the thermal pools.
Queenstown is like a giant amusement park, you name it, they have it on offer.
We will be staying here for three days.
Emil shopped himself a pair of running shoes today, so now I have a running mate :)
